But I don’t know any ‘healthy’ person that wouldn’t BUCKLE,

trying to JUGGLE the appointments,

the MEDICATIONS,

the societal EXPECTATIONS that we are forced to CONQUER.

They say that our experiences make us STRONGER…

but being queer,

being disabled,

being anything other than a rich white man is a death sentence.

We are supposed to be more developed than the time of the caveman.

So why are people are still forced into SILENCE,

never able to air their GRIEVANCE,

always having to have PATIENCE,

always considered a NUISANCE,

when they are simply different?

Sometimes it feels as if we are born to STRUGGLE.

But our experiences as outcasts makes us stronger, better, and more clever;

while the majority stand in the RUBBLE of the failed hierarchy they built,

we, the minorities, will be thriving in the TEMPLE of a new society,

where race, class, sexuality, and gender are not CRUCIAL;

a society that actually uses our FRONTAL lobes.

And all because they could not treat people like PEOPLE.
